Stage 1 - The Idea

Get in touch and let's discuss your idea. At this stage nothing is set in stone, but it's a good chance to get some basic details decided.

Stage 2 - The Quote

Using the ideas from Stage 1, you will be presented with a quote. This is another great chance to make changes and fine tune the specifics of the project. If needed, another quote will be prepared incorporating any alterations. This is a free service and you are under no obligation to go any further.

Stage 3 - Accepting The Quote

If you decide that you would like to continue with your project, we will confirm the specifics to ensure that we are both on the same page. You will then pay a 50% deposit. This is used to cover the cost of materials and labour. You are free to cancel your project at any time, but please bear in mind that once you pay your deposit it is not refundable - it has more than likely already been used to purchase raw materials.

Stage 4 - Keeping In Touch

We'll keep in touch to deliver regular updates about the progress of your project so you will always know exactly what is going on. You will have been provided with an estimated time of completion for your project along with the quote, however there are some rare occasions where this may change due to circumstances outside of our control. You will be kept informed of any delays, and we will do our very best to get your project to you in line with our original estimate.

Stage 5 - Delivery

Once your project has been completed we will get in touch to let you know it is ready for collection. We will arrange an appoitment for you to collect your item, where the final 50% of the balance is due to be paid. We are happy to hold onto your item for 30 days after notifying you that it is ready, if you need more time that's fine, just let us know. If we don't hear anything from you after the 30 day deadline then the item will be placed into regular stock and offered for general sale.
